the staff were very friendly. they provided an ice bucket and glasses for wine i bought. housekeeping was superb, i noticed. the room was bigger than i thought.
the room was very small. it was hard to fit luggage and move around. the air conditioning didn't work so i had to open windows.

The staff assisted with scheduling a taxi to the airport. They also stored refrigerated items overnight. I found this very helpful during my time there. The staff provided quick assistance whenever I needed it. The location was great and near local shops. Accessing attractions was easy thanks to the nearby metro. I appreciated the accessibility to many local places. The area felt secure during the evening. The room was newly renovated. The cleanliness of the facilities was excellent and commendable. I noticed the hotel showed good attention to detail with everything. Breakfast offered many choices. The food tasted fresh. I appreciated the attentiveness of the employees.
The elevator was VERY small, so two people with luggage barely fit inside.

i stayed for several nights and found the location ideal. the proximity to sacré-cœur was a definite plus for romantic walks. i also appreciated the easy access to numerous restaurants and the beautiful atmosphere surrounding the hotel, especially during the evenings.
I noticed the absence of a minibar in the room. A small inconvenience.
